Class Schedule

Yoga

Powers Yoga, Powers Flow & Powers Fit classes are geared for all levels giving modifications or alternatives to intensify a pose or exercise.  You will feel strong, centered, and grounded after one class.  Each class ends with a final relaxation.

Barre

Powers Method is a strong combination of pilates and yoga with the use of a ballet barre to sculpt the legs, 1-3 pound weights to sculpt the arms and a small ball to help sculpt the core.  Each class end with a final relaxation to help strengthen the inside.

Aerial

Are you ready to take your yoga, pilates or fitness practice to a new level? Aerial Yoga & Aerial Fit classes utilize a soft hammock to help support and suspend the body while creating a strong inner core.  No skills required. Must take 4 intro classes.
